Not just a toner
This is not just a toner think of it as a skin tonic in a bottle. It prepares the skin in a gentle way and allows all skin care to penetrate deeper. It hydrates the skin and leaves the most glorious finish. Has a slight fresh sent which as with all Shisedo products is a delight. A little goes a long way so although it may appear pricey, it’s a must.
