Second time round makes all the difference

The first time I got these I liked them, they felt really soft and I actually realised how dehydrated my eye area was before using these, I wasn't completely blown away HOWEVER the second pack of 3 I bought I noticed immediately that my eye area seemed a little lifted and nourished and for the price I do think they are great & haven't seen/found/used anything better in this price range.
