Very good
I’ve been taking Omega 3 for a few years and find these excellent value for money. They keep me from feeling tired and sluggish and they are great for my mood in general. Recently recommended to an overworked friend who says that now with Omega 3 she’s feeling less anxious.

Good quality
I take omega 3 regularly, they are excellent for well being. The tablets are a bit big (they often are) but easy to swallow. It takes a couple weeks to see benefits, and, as always, you need a reasonably healthy diet and lifestyle. Personally I find them beneficial mainly for my anxiety and moodiness, all sorts of SAD related symptoms in automn/winter season etc.

Great for helping joints
Following 2 knee operations I find my knees really ache and get inflamed after any exercise especially high impact classes and squats. I noticed a big improvement after taking these regularly. Takes a little while to work but stick with them they do help. So much so I bought my partner some after an old football injury started playing up too!
