The Stila Stay All Day Smudge Stick Waterproof Eye Liner is a best-selling essential to dramatise every makeup look with a stroke of glam. Featuring an expert blend of nourishing ingredients, the Smudge Sticks are easily-applied without tugging or pulling the eye area.
This versatile product can be used as either a pencil liner or a smudgeable eye shadow, while providing long-lasting, waterproof wear. Available in shades from matte to metallic, the highly pigmented formula is a quick and easy way to accentuate the eyes and make an impression to last.
Apply to your upper and lower lash lines, or use your fingers to smudge into a shadow. For best use, remove the cap, twist counter clockwise multiple times (it may take several twists), and apply. Note: the propel pencil does not retract. No sharpener necessary.
