Take a pea-sized amount of eye cream or serum and apply it around your eye area using a clean finger, smooth evenly into the skin under your eyes. Take care not to allow the eye product to get into the eyes. Do not use the device without eye serum.
Hold down the power button to turn on the wand. Press the ‘+’ and ‘-’ buttons to adjust the temperature as needed. Quickly pressing the power button changes the mode between Modes 1, 2 and 3. Choose your preferred mode.
To use on your lower lid, place the tip of the wand in the corner of your eye beneath your lower eyelashes. Then, gently glide it towards the outer corner of your eye. This should take around 15 seconds from the inner corner to the outer corner, giving time for the wand to heat your skin. Repeat this motion once or twice more, but do not use on the same patch of skin for more than 60 seconds.
For your upper lid, we advise only using Mode 3, which turns off the red LED light. Then, repeat steps on your upper eyelid above your eyelashes. Repeat the same process on your other eye. When finished hold down the power button to turn off. Wipe clean the Metal Massage Head with a dry cloth.

Feels nice
Love this as it’s a nice calming feel and makes me stop and chill. Too soon to say if it’s made any difference but really nice for self care.

Easy to use
This? Is a great little product. Beauty, eye massager. It's also heats up and has led. You have to make sure you put your eye cream on first. On the instructions , it says that you can use it for lip lines, but without the red light. I used it on my upper and lower eyelid. It feels lovely on your skin when it heats up. Following the instructions. I actually saw a difference on my bottom eye area. It is a great little gadget. But? I know I always have problems with my upper eyelids. It's taken me ages to actually find a cream that won't aggravate me and this did. Nothing serious just made them puffy instead of reducing the puffiness. So I just use it on the bottom. I was very happy to see that you could use it on lip lines as that was more of a problem for me. Making sure I used it without the red light and just the led. It feels lovely on your lips with the heat. It tells you exactly how long to use it and how to use it. It was very successful on my lip lines and I am really very happy. It's a few days I ve been using it now and the lip lines are finer and has definitely made a difference to mine. It did make my lower eye area less puffy. I am still giving it 5 stars even though I can't use it on my upper eye area. But years have not been able to use stuff on my upper area. I wasn't surprised, so I hide recommend this.

Nice enough
I've only been using this for a week, so my opinion may change. At first use it's nice enough, the warming feels nice but I haven't yet noticed a difference in appearance - but as I said it's only been a week.
