Disappointed - have gone back to cotton wool pads

I had high hopes for these but found they absorbed a lot more product than cotton wool and did not feel soft enough on my eyes when removing my mascara with micellar water. They did not wash well in my washing machine and have makeup stains on them. The wooden storage container developed mould on it from the humidity of the bathroom, so sadly had to throw away. I have sadly stopped using these pads and do not recommend.

Good investment

Reusable so was a good investment in a step to be more eco-friendly. Not yet washed so won’t comment on longevity but these feel soft and smooth to the skin.

Bamboo Pads

I have got 2 of the bamboo barrels so I recently purchased the pack of bamboo pads. Both barrels are now full. These are amazing for cleaning your face, they are quite soft and very gentle on the skin but remove absolutely all trace of makeup and product buildup.

Wanted to love

I really wanted to love these as I am trying to be more sustainable with my products. These felt horrible on my skin and screwed up and were ususable after being washed so a total waste of money.

Great investment and environmentally friendly. Easy to keep clean in the wash bag. Really soft material, none abrasive and gentle.  It does what it’s intended to do. Unless you cake the make up this should work well after washing the face. Ideal for every day use.
