Hard
The ultimate detangler is a much better product. This is way to harsh on the scalp if you have thin hair but it’s definitely pretty and fits nicely into my small hands.

Won’t use anything else
I can’t go back to normal combs and brushes after trying the tangle T. Nothing else seems to work as well. Excellent for my young daughter’s very long tangled tresses. Love that they come in different colours. Very cool designsÂ
