- For Silhouette refining heat to 38°c
- Relax in the bath for 30 minutes
- Come out of the bath for 20 minutes, wrapped in bathrobe
- Then go back to bath and rinse thoroughly
- Use 2/3 times a week.

Great spa at home
Great product, helps to detox and eliminate excess water. The smell is quite distracting but it’s okay if you add a few drops of oils e.g rose to the bathÂ
