Part of my daily routine
I started using this when my eczema flared up on my face as ceramides are supposed to help the moisture barrier. I think it's good if you have very dry skin. It is part of my every day skin routine.

Absolutely love this
I use a thick layer of this around my eye area after my eye serum but prior to moisturising and from day one I woke up with my eye area looking refreshed and moisturised even after a bad nights sleep. The consistency is quite thick although it's a serum it's quite moisturizing it's own.
