I use this once a week just to exfoliate my face, I don’t keep it on for the full time as it starts to sting rather than tingle so I take it off a couple of minutes early. This does make my skin feel soo soft after though!

For the price this product is pretty good. It definitely exfoliates and leaves my skin refreshed. However, it feels a little bit too much to me at times and can leave my skin a little over stripped. It has also caused some breakouts for me. My skin can be a little sensitive though so this could just be me. I didn't actually end up finishing the bottle for this reason.
