Fantastic product
I love The Ordinary range. This is a staple in my skin care regime, and has been for about seven years. I can honestly say, because I'm so strict with skincare, my skin looks better now than it's ever done, and no one believes me when I tell them my age!

Slightly irritating
I have been using this for a while (probably over a year) and I'm not sure that it's really doing that much for me. I also think it might have been irritating my skin a little and I've ended up using some quite thick barrier repair moisturizers to treat the irritation; so I've stopped using it and the irritation seems to have cleared up. I think 10% is quite strong for Niacinamide.

Go-to skincare
This is the second time I buy this serum. I use it every morning and am pleased to see that my skin looks much healthier now and not oily at all (I was worried at first given that I have combination skin). I'd give it more than 5 stars if I could!
