More like a face scrub

I bought this moisturiser to “”plump and brighten” my skin as advertised. It said use at night, so I’m assuming i’m gunna get a nice creamy, hydrating moisturiser. What I received couldn’t be further from that! It honestly felt like I was using one of those old face scrubs with bits of sand in it. Not a nice feeling, and bits started falling off my skin onto my chest as I gently rubbed it?! It doesn’t sink in quickly and I just felt like I had loads of bits sitting on my skin so ended up washing it off. I don’t know who is supposed to benefit from this product?

I love this product, its affordable and effective, My skin isnt sensitive however I would imagine that for sensitive skin it may be too harsh so to patch test it 1st.

I really disliked the gritty texture of this when I first purchased, but came back to it when my vitamin c serum ran out and loved the glow it gave me. It’s a firm favourite now and I find it sits fine under under products too.
