This is lovely moisturiser and the smell is so relaxing, I really do feel it helps me sleep, but there really isn't enough of it to justify the price; for me the moment. I have just purchased it for a treat and will do so again in the future, but may try another one of their mousturisers first to see if that goes further.

Very pleasant smell absorbed right into my skin did not leave a greasy residue I felt a noticeable difference on my dry patches just after one night it didn't seem like I needed to put my daily lotion on the next morning that's how great this stuff moisturize my skin. Love it I would definitely recommend this product!

The Scent is Overbearing - Gave Me A Headache!!
I absolutely love the ‘this works’ deep sleep collection - especially the pillow spray so I thought I would love this - but sadly it went straight into the bin! The scent is so overbearing and assaulting - it gave me an actual headache. Unlike the pillow spray which I feel Is a great balance of relaxing, and fragrant whilst still being subtle - the body cocoon is the opposite. The texture of the cream is nice, and moisturising - but the scent was too much for me!

Lovely smell
I got this in the advent calendar and it smells so good and is lovely to put on your hands before going to bed ... not sure if it helps me sleep but the smell is very relaxing .
