AMAZING!!
I first brought this a few years ago whilst experiencing a spell of bad sleep and now can’t be without it. It’s part of my bed time routine, helps me relax and drift off wonderfully. I’ve also got my Mum totally addicted and she can’t be without it either! The lavender smell is strong, but not overpowering and the mini roll ball makes it’s super easy to apply. A must have for anyone experiencing sleep troubles or simply seeking ways to relax more. Highly recommend!

Sleeping like a baby!

Sleeptime
I have actually been using this stuff for years, but, combined with newly discovered meditation practice it works like a charm, even in these uncertain times. Roll it onto your palms, rub your hands together then place your cupped hands over your face and inhale a few times. Ommmm!!
