Lather up the Fully Loaded Shampoo into wet hair, focusing on the roots. Rinse away and follow by applying the Fully Loaded Volumising Conditioning Jelly through the mid-lengths to ends of wet hair. Disappointing
Similar to the other review, was pleased with the price but that was it. The smell is very sweet and artificial and the gel conditioner left my hair frizzy, dry and hard to brush. I had bought the Tigi Urban Antidotes before and that was lovely! Save yourself a tenner and get something else. Slight caveat on the smell, I was in my first trimester when I first used this and it was overwhelmingly sweet and cloying, now that my sense of smell is more normal, it's less offensive but still too artificially sweet smelling for me.

Very disappointing
I was happy to snag this set for such a great price and try out some TIGI products but I was extremely disappointed. The products have a sweet vanilla and berry scent, which is quite nice but that's about it. I have medium-length, straight, colour-treated hair but these products left it feeling unbelievably dry and frizzy. The conditioner has a very thin consistency and it soaks up almost immediately, I can barely manage to work it, and it left my hair feeling somehow more dry as before the application. Even my trusty Wella hair mask could not save my hair after this pair. Instead of any volume, all got was terribly dry, frizzy, static-y hair.
