I'm happy as it works well in aspect of effects. But the little orange light bulb appeared slightly damaged. I wasn't sure if it was supposed to look like this and I kept it as it worked but after few times it stopped working and turned a bit ashy in colour.like it burnt or something. The device can be still used but I wish I exchanged it back then.

I don't use it as much as I should, but so far it seems to have an effect on the skin and improves its appearance. It would be much better and easier to use if it was wireless

My issues were thinning of the skin and jawline becoming more square. I've been consistent for 6 months, every couple weeks and my skin definitely feels thicker and jawline is lifted. I don't think i need to use it as often now so i'll be spreading the usage. Worth the purchase.

Have been using this 3 times a week for few months but have not noticed any improvement in my fine lines and saggy jawline. Also orange light never comes on, not sure why. Will continue as I like the heating sensation on my skin, it is relaxing.
