I recommend Urban Decay eye pencils 100%. They are very creamy a pigmented, suitable for sensitive eyes. Mine are very sensitive and doing a line at the line of my eyelashes is a bit painful, unless the pencil is soft. These are also long lasting, watering eyes are no problem.
