A friend recommended Urban Decay's Moondust eyeshadow to me, and I'm so glad that she did. I love how light it feels, how smoothly it goes on, and how it brightens the eye area. I sometimes wear it on its own and other times wear it as a base with other colours on top. Works amazingly both ways. Highly recommend.
