Very good pencil

It actually is a waterline pencil! Nothing stays on really the waterline, but this one does and as an extra point, it does not smudge, move around the day and somehow it just does not fades away.

I like this eyeliner pencil as works well on the waterline and doesn’t smudge.  My only criticism is they tend to dry out half way through even after I sharpen it more and it them doesn’t work on the waterline so I bin it and repurchase.

I like my eyeliners to be properly black and urban decay delivers. Have been using this as my go-to eyeliner for approx 6-7 years now and have never been disappointed. I also use it to tight line and sometimes in my waterline too. Great colour pay off and long-lasting. Has never bled on me!

This is a nice eyeliner, it’s strong black colour and goes on well. I just slightly prefer Victoria Beckham or iconic London as I use on waterline and they stay on longer

Overall great product. Definitely stays put! I've got hooded eyes and majority of eyeliners turn me into panda within a few hours 🐼😁 but this one stayed put for hours and only smudged a bit after 4 hours of wear. Nothing a quick wipe with a cotton bud didn't fix. However, I expected it to be softer and easier to apply. That's why 4 out of 5 for me
