This is my second eyeshadow palette from Urban Decay, and the quality is second to none. Super pigmented and high staying powder. Gorgeous sparkly shades as well as beautiful mattes. Love it.

I've always used urban decay shadows but last few years they seem to have gotten worse. This however is more like the older formula I loved. Shadows are softer and pigment is good.
