Made my hair super dry and feel damaged for days

I received this alongside the Ultimate Repair conditioner in the Look Fantastic 2024 Beauty Advent Calendar. My hair type is fine. This (alongside the conditioner) stripped all moisture from my hair leaving it feel rough (like all my hair had split ends) and dry after just one wash. It took a lot of using masks and other products to get my hair back to normal. There was nothing "silky soft" about my hair at all after using this product.

Had this to try in my advent calender with the shampoo. Works well with my dry hair, felt softer after with less breakage and hair loss.

I normally use a hair mask to detangle my hair, but this conditioner works extremely well combined with the shampoo from the same range.  My hair was smooth and super easy to brush without any tangles after using this.
