I use this instead of conditioner in a shower. It leaves my hair feeling so soft and well cared for but doesn’t give me that heavy feeling that conditioner does. It also is great to leave for ten to fifteen mins while showering then wash off and my hair always feels in great condition. Smells so lovely as well!
