After cleansing skin remove a single pre-soaked pad from the jar and insert fingers into the pocket for easier handling. Gently swipe across face and neck, avoiding the eye area. A tingling sensation and/or some redness is normal; that means it’s working! Too much tingling, redness or experiencing sensitivity? Discard pad, rinse off face with water and pat dry. Otherwise, allow formula to fully absorb before following with moisturiser.
Use once per week at night.
Caution: Test liquid formula on a small patch of skin inside the elbow for 60 seconds prior to use on face. Discontinue use if you experience irritation, redness or discomfort. Use only as directed. Avoid contact with the eyes. If you have sensitive or irritated skin, this isn’t the treatment for you. Do not use in combination with any other scrubs or any other skincare products with acids.

Natural and affordable
A bit like the ordinary serum, you get an effective product with exfoliating acids, but this is a great balance of glucolactone, lactic acid and glycolic acid which I found hard to find a product with high concentration of both, as well as salicylic acid, and antioxidants from natural fruit sources. The thing that may put people off is it can feel sticky after applying, but I would suggest using it maybe once every few days at night time. I kind of thought the grapefruit smell was strong and strange but the performance of the product and what is meant for, I was satisfied with everything for a good price. Toners can be expensive for these kind of ingredients.

Fine, but would not buy it again
I used it a couple of times in the past few weeks. It is useful for oily skin as the pad itself can softly scrub the skin but it leaves a bit sticky feeling afterwards (which I did not like) and it feels like it has to be washed after but then it would not be very effective. It is a fine product, smells good but I would not buy it again cause of the sticky feeling.
