I used these for six months post baby. This was my second baby, I lost a HUGE amount of hair after my first and was trying to prevent this. The hair still came out, it just took longer so I guess still effective as I didn’t have the sudden thinning and sudden loss however 9 months on I still have a lot of regrowth coming through from the loss. If I had another baby, I would repurchase because the slowing of the hair loss meant I felt a lot more confident post baby. They’re also breastfeeding friendly which was great.

Currently 6 weeks post partum, have been taking these for about 3 months and definitely have noticed growth. People have commented on the shine in my hair and also the thickness although I think the thickness is probably due to pregnancy growth. Will continue to repurchase.

Hard to know if this worked on my hair because you're up against hormones with post partum hair loss. It did work on hair elsewhere i.e. eyebrows, lashes etc which can be good or bad
